About the WPM Group
Founded in 1994, the WPM Group has provided Professional Services in the form of Project and Bid Management to both blue chip companies and public sector organisations.
During that time we have trained and advised organisations of all sizes and types about how best to implement bid and project management in their environment.
WPM delivers training and consultancy services in order to facilitate performance improvement for our clients, both within the United Kingdom and Worldwide.
Within the WPM Group we have delivered thousands of days of bid and project management consultancy. In addition we have over ten years experience of managing projects and programmes on behalf of clients.
Our experience shows that establishing and maintaining a long-term relationship is only possible when all layers of both organisations (operations, projects, senior managers) work together on a regular basis – which provides the opportunity to establish trust.
Our policy is to work with clients to identify the most cost effective means of achieving their long-term objectives – rather than a solution that maximises the short-term benefit to WPM.
