Bid Manager Placement for Fischer & Lorenz
Fisher & Lorenz (now Devoteam Fisher & Lorenz) is a Danish based telecommunications consultancy providing global telecommunications strategies to multi-nationals across Europe. The company have a well-established bid management methodology and dedicated bid managers in the UK. However, Fisher & Lorenz were in a situation where they had been working on a number of future opportunities, three of which issued ITTs (Invitations to Tender) at the same time. Fisher & Lorenz knew they could win all three but only had sufficient bid managers to respond to two. The company did not want to compromise two bids for the sake of attempting three but were reluctant to qualify out of an opportunity they knew they could win. WPM provided an experienced Bid Manager for the duration of the bid who worked with the Fisher & Lorenz consultants to produce the third proposal. Fisher & Lorenz won the WPM managed proposal.
