Workshop Facilitation and Process Consultancy for Rockliff Computers
Rockliff Computers were in the process of merging their project management group with their bid support unit. WPM provided consultancy in the form of hosting a workshop to accelerate the decision-making as to how Rockliff would introduce best practice Bid Management and Project Management principles. Rockliff appointed one of their project managers to implement the recommendations, with WPM reviewing their processes and providing advice and guidance to the Project Manager.
Rockliff found that applying project management methods to define customer requirements removed the expectation gap that can occur in the hand-over from pre-sales to post-sale units. This project approach has provided clients with confidence that Rockliff will deliver what they propose, and has resulted in them winning a number of high-profile projects.
Rockliff estimated that they recovered the cost of the training and associated consultancy within 3 months.
