Our recent consultancy assignments have included the delivery of an Olympic Programme on behalf of The Royal Parks, the implementation of a project management methodology on behalf of numerous local authorities and the development and delivery of a bespoke training programme for NTL-Telewest.

“I was recommended the services of WPM through a colleague in our
engineering section who had spoken with one of their consultants at a
trade fair. At the time I was procuring bespoke training on a
PRINCE-centred development method for a large number of colleagues in
our IS management function. WPM constructed on our behalf a 1 day
overview course that introduced PRINCE to our IS managers and
contextualised it with information from our in-house method. The course
was delivered to approximately 50 delegates over the course of 7
sessions and was well received. The course has had a very positive
