What is ECDL?

The European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) is the world's leading computer skills certification programme and it enables people to demonstrate their competence in basic computer skills. ECDL is based on a single agreed European syllabus which has the aim of achieving a common standard of attainment amongst those achieving the qualification.
