Course Description
Adobe Contribute makes it easier for authorised individuals to publish and change content rapidly on your Web site, even if these individuals are non-technical. Contribute enables you to:
- Facilitate content conversion from Microsoft Word or Excel
- Enforce site design standards
- Roll back undesirable site changes
- Grant specific individuals access to change only certain areas of your Web site
This Adobe® Contribute training course, customised to the needs of your specific group, teaches attendees how to use Contribute to its fullest potential. The Adobe® Contribute Introduction course lasts for 1 day.
Course Objectives
On completion of the course delegates will be able to:
- Set up a Contribute connection
- Create & publish Web pages in Contribute
- Use Contribute's Roll back feature
- Action site-wide settings
Contribute site administrators will be able to:
- Set user permissions to give each editor of the site the appropriate level of permissions for the appropriate pages, supporting files, and directories
- Set up Contribute so that end users can only use the templates and style sheets that you specify

Course Outline
Adobe® Contribute enables web site managers to update their web site easily without needing HTML or web site design knowledge. The course includes the following:
- How to connect to your site
- Edit and add pages
- Manage access to parts of the site on behalf of different editors
