Overview

Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification is a globally recognised standard for demonstrating desktop skills. To earn the Microsoft Office Specialist certification for Microsoft Office or Microsoft Project, you must pass one or more certification exams. Microsoft Office Specialist exams provide a valid and reliable measure of technical proficiency and expertise by evaluating your overall comprehension of Office or Microsoft Project programs, your ability to use their advanced features, and your ability to integrate the Office programs with other software programs. The Microsoft Office Specialist program offers certification for the following Microsoft Office editions:

  • Office 2000
  • Office XP
  • Office 2003

WPM offer instructor led training in all Microsoft Office Specialist Modules or an examination only option.

How Microsoft Office Specialist Works

To earn the Microsoft Office Specialist certification for Microsoft Office or Microsoft Project, you must pass one or more certification:

  • Word Expert + Excel Expert + PowerPoint Specialist + either Access Specialist or Outlook Specialist
