PRINCE2™ Courses
As well as offering PRINCE2™ Foundation, Practitioner and Conversion courses on our public PRINCE2™ course schedule, WPM have extensive experience in delivering APMG accredited PRINCE2™ project management training courses on an in-house basis. This provides a cost-effective approach for corporate clients and allows the possibility of tailoring the programme to organisations' specific needs. WPM has developed a range of tailored courses; from a ½ day Project Board/Executive briefing through to a 6 day split PRINCE2™ Practitioner course. Whatever your requirements, WPM can offer training to suit you.

Pre-course
There is some pre-course study on our Foundation, Conversation and Practitioner courses but this is deliberately limited in quantity and is low-key. It is presented in the form of a booklet, which presents the contents of the manual in a concise yet comprehensive form. It is emphasised that you only need to read this material, not learn it.
Logistics
WPM despatch all pre-course materials direct to your delegates in advance of the course's commencement date . All courseware is delivered direct by courier to your chosen venue. Delegates sitting the Foundation exam are informed of their results during their course. Practitioner results are released up to 8 weeks post course. WPM is happy to inform the delegates directly or release the results to a central contact within your organisation.
Your PRINCE2™ Instructor
All WPM certified PRINCE2™ trainers are practising Project Managers with many years experience of managing projects using PRINCE2™. In addition they:
- Teach at a pace with which all delegates are comfortable
- Avoid or explain the use of project management jargon
- Anticipate and handle resentment (“I don’t want to be here!” ) – to prepare for this we ask for delegate roles and backgrounds in advance of courses that we run
- Explain how PRINCE2™ can be used selectively according to the size and nature of a project – over-zealous application of the method can be as much as a recipe for disaster as its under-use

Our PRINCE2™ pass rates have historically outperformed the exam pass rate achieved nationally, a pass rate boosted by the many courses where we have achieved a 100% PRINCE2™ Practitioner pass rate. An exceptional pass rate alleviates the requirement for individuals to re-sit the PRINCE2™ examination and therefore saves time and money, providing an excellent return on investment.
