Course Description
This course introduces the participants to the concepts of Project Management in general and the concepts of PRINCE2™ projects in particular. The total PRINCE2™ project lifecycle is reviewed - from initial business case through project definition and project planning, to delivery of the final product and project closure. Key PRINCE2™ components such as Organisation, Management of Risk and Change Control are also considered. Participants adopt PRINCE2™ techniques to plan and control this. The course lasts for 1 day and includes the following:
