Course Description
As well as offering Managing Successful Programmes (MSP™) Foundation and Practitioner courses on our public course schedule, WPM have extensive experience in delivering courses on an in-house basis. This provides a cost effective approach for corporate clients and allows the possibility of tailoring the programme to organisations' specific needs. WPM has developed a range of tailored courses; from a ½ day Senior Level Awareness briefing through to a 6 day split MSP™ Practitioner course, WPM can offer training to suit your requirements.
All our courses include the following:

- Case Study & Delegate Pack & CD-ROM
Pre-course
There is some pre-course study on our MSP™ Foundation, and Practitioner courses but this is deliberately limited in quantity and is low-key. It is presented in the form of an event preparation CD-ROM.
Logistics
WPM will despatch all pre-course materials direct to your delegates in advance of the commencement date of the course. All courseware is delivered direct by courier to your chosen venue. Delegates sitting the Foundation exam will be informed of their result during their course. Practitioner results are released up to 8 weeks post course. WPM is happy to inform the delegates directly or release the results to a central contact within your organisation.
Your Instructor
All WPM trainers are practising Programme Managers with many years experience of managing programmes of all size. In addition they:
- Teach at a pace with which all delegates are comfortable
- Avoid or explain the use of programme/project management jargon
- Anticipate and handle resentment (“I don’t want to be here!” ) – to prepare for this we ask for delegate roles and backgrounds in advance of courses that we run
- Explain how The OGC's "Managing Successful Programmes" method provides and maintains a strategic view over the set of projects

Delegates attending our accredited MSP™ courses have achieved outstanding successes in the APM Group examinations. Our pass rates have historically outperformed the pass rate achieved nationally, a pass rate boosted by the many courses where we have achieved a 100% Practitioner pass rate.
