Project Management Good Practice Training Workshop
Course Description
This workshop introduces the participants to the concepts of Project Management and stresses differences between good and bad practices. Participants will learn the difference between project management and other modes of organising work and will understand the terminology used in project management. The total lifecycle of a project is reviewed, from initial business case review through project definition and project planning, to delivery of the final product and project closure. The 1 day course includes the following:
