Principles of Project Management using PRINCE2™

Course Description

This course introduces modern techniques for planning, scheduling, reporting, controlling and managing projects. PRINCE2™ terminology is used throughout, although no prior knowledge of PRINCE2™ is assumed. Particular emphasis is given to the methodology of the project planning process, including creating the Product Breakdown Structure, a key discipline in project management. Risk & Contingency, Team Structures & Responsibilities, Resource Allocation & Scheduling, Budgeting & Cost Control, and Effective Reporting are also examined. The course lasts for 2 days and includes the following:
