PRINCE2™ PRACTITIONER
Course Description
The event covers the processes, components and techniques included in the PRINCE2™ Project Management Method. The course prepares delegates for the APM Group Foundation and Practitioner exams (included in the course).
The 5 day course includes the following:

It is essential that delegates allow time for pre-course work (10-15 hours recommended).
Course Objectives
On completion of the course the delegates will have:
- Defined a project
- Distinguished between the Components, Processes and Techniques used in PRINCE2™
- Identified the terminology used in PRINCE2™
- Applied PRINCE2™ to a given scenario
- Prepared for and taken the PRINCE2™ Foundation and PRINCE2™ Practitioner examinations
Intended Audience
The event is recommended for practising project managers who are responsible for managing projects using PRINCE2™, or considering using PRINCE2™ for their next project. Previous experience of PRINCE2™ is not necessary.

Event Content
The course addresses all aspects of PRINCE2™ (Components, Processes and Techniques) and includes additional elements such as planning and risk assessment techniques that are left open within the method.
Examination and Certification
The event includes the Foundation and Practitioner examinations both of which are multiple choice. Delegates who pass the Practitioner examination are awarded the qualification of "Registered PRINCE2™ Practitioner". The certificate is an internationally recognised qualification in PRINCE2™.
