Schedule
PRINCE2™ Practitioner course summary: for practising project managers who are responsible for managing projects using PRINCE2™, or considering using PRINCE2™ for their next project. The course provides comprehensive training in the process-driven project management PRINCE2™ method (Components, Processes and Techniques) and includes additional elements such as planning and risk assessment techniques. No previous experience of PRINCE2™ is necessary. 5-day course.
PRINCE2™ Foundation course summary: the project management accreditation for all staff working on any type of project, especially those team leaders, project assurance and project support staff responsible for managing or supporting projects using PRINCE2™. No previous experience of PRINCE2 is necessary. 3-day course.
PRINCE2™ Conversion course summary: for project managers who have attained PRINCE2™ Foundation accreditation status and now wish to acquire the PRINCE2™ Practitioner's certificate. Delegates must have passed the PRINCE2 Foundation exam in order to attend this course. 3-day course.
