WPM's Product Range
WPM has for many years produced Bespoke products in the areas of Bids, Projects and Programmes, supporting clients with their consultancy and training requirements. From these products WPM has developed a set of generic tools and methods in collaboration with its blue chip clients. These products include a project Method that is fully PRINCE2 conformant, fully documented with supporting Training material, and has been implemented in over 20 major organisations across Europe.

To complement the Project Method, WPM has created a fully compliant (based on the OGC Managing Successful Programmes Standard) Programme and Portfolio Method. This method allows organisations that are maturing in their project standards to move on to manage their business as a set of programmes and portfolios.
