The PRINCE2 Method refers to a number of processes that need to be
undertaken in order to successfully manage a project. These processes
are dealt with in our Simply Projects® Method within
the 3 core stages of a project:
- Project Start-up and Initiation
- Project Delivery
- Project Closure
The diagram demonstrates in a simplified way how these three stages interact with PRINCE2 processes.
