Road: if you are travelling north, leave the A1M at J62 and take the 3rd exit, A690 towards Sunderland. After approximately 4 miles, at the junction of the A690 and A19, take the 1st exit to A19, Sunderland North. After approximately 2½ miles at the junction of the A19 and A1231, take the 3rd exit on to the A1231 eastbound Wessington Way, towards Sunderland. At the 4th roundabout take the 3rd exit, Timber Beach Road. At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit, Hylton Park Road. After approximately ¼ mile turn right into Wearfield.
If you are travelling south, take the A1 and exit at the A19.
Continue along the A19, through the Tyne Tunnel (Toll:
1.00 GBP), for approximately 15½ miles, and at the junction of the A19
and A1231 take the 1st exit on to the A1231 eastbound Wessington
Way, towards Sunderland, then follow directions in light
blue as above.

Bus: The only direct bus service to the Enterprise Park is the "Redby" bus, No. 190 from High Street West, Sunderland (opposite the Sunderland Empire) - 30 minute service.
Air: Newcastle Airport. Follow the A696 southbound towrds Newcastle-upon-Tyne and join the A1 southbound. Follow the A1 - A1M until J65 and join the A1231 eastbound towards Sunderland. At the junction of the A1231 and the A19, carry straight on the A1231, Wessington Way. At the 4th roundabout take the 3rd exit, Timber Beach Road. At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit, Hylton Park Road. After approx ¼ mile turn right into Wearfield.
