WPM now requires an experienced Book Keeper to join us in our North Office. The candidate must be able to use their own initiative but work within a team to ensure a quality and efficient service is maintained at all times.
The main duties and responsibilites are:
- Maintain all company financial records and systems to prescribed internal and external timetables
- Supply all financial reports and documentation for management meetings and to outside bodies
- Verify and process employee monthly returns (expenses), updating records/systems accordingly
- Check and update employee timesheets against Job/Tasks
- Reconcile and update credit card statements against the bank and quickbooks
- Raise all purchase orders from authorised requisitions
- Daily update of systems for bills, payments and receipts etc
- Chase payments and maintain good customer relations
- Collate all information to process invoices
- Manage and complete payroll on a monthly basis
- Complete year end payroll requirements (P60’s, P11d’s etc)
- Manage and issue the VAT control report for review
Candidates must have experience within:
- Payroll
- Expenses
- Double entry book keeping
- VAT control
- Financial software packages (sage or quickbooks)
- All Microsoft packages

Due to our ongoing success and expansion, we have a vacancy for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in either our Moreton or Stevenage office.
Purpose
To exploit and extend the Channel Business customer base by increasing activity from existing clients and generating profitable new business. Achieve monthly sales targets as set out each quarter.
Accountabilities
- Identify potential Channel Partners by active research using all media available
- Cold call identified Channel Partners
- Meet all Sales Targets agreed
- Prepare for sign-off and negotiate proposals/contractual paperwork with prospective Channel Partners (subject to Sales Manager's approval)
- Arrange and attend account reviews on quarterly basis with signed up Channel Partners
- Update and maintain existing service level agreements with Channel Partners
- Promote and develop all the Group’s products to the Channel Partners
- Produce individual quotations for all potential business in accordance with the contractual framework set by the Sales Manager
- Continually monitor the market trends and make recommendations for changing the sales plan accordingly
- Regularly monitor the achievements, actions and pricing of competitive businesses
- Develop and Administer, in conjunction with Operations and the Sales and Marketing Manager, tactical marketing activities necessary to secure the required level of business and to minimise the effectiveness of any competition
- Liaise with Business Operations on Best Practice for back office operations and agree manageable service levels with Channel Partners
- Prepare for and attend sales meetings as required
- Document and manage all leads and prospects
- Update electronic records and issue to the Sales Manager/Sales Supervisor as requested
- Complete all weekly and monthly administration as required
- Provide forecasts of sales weekly to the Sales administrator/Sales Supervisor
- Provide input to annual Channel plan and Group Sales Plan as requested

Contract
Due to the increase in demand for our Bid Management Services, the WPM Group require high calibre Bid Managers/Sales Consultants to provide Bid Management consultancy for our clients. Our services range from facilitating strategy workshops and implementing sales processes to directly managing bids on clients' behalf.
Capabilites and Experience
- 10 years+ experience in a sales environment, preferably 5 of which should be as a Bid Manager or Account Manager
- You will have managed strategic sales opportunities of £10-50M
- You can provide evidence of a track record of winning bids
- Familiarity with a structured sales methodology such as Holden, Perform, Shipley, Hyman Silver, Spin etc.
- Previous experience of NHS/Public Sector/PFI bid and procurement processes and a strong outsourcing background highly desirable
- Successful applicants available to work anywhere within the UK but based in London or the North West

Senior Project Management Consultant
Contract
Due to the increase in demand for our Project Management solutions, WPM requires a high calibre Project Management Consultant to manage client-driven projects from inception through to successful implementation.
Capabilites and Experience
- Experience in Business Change or IT Change
- Experience in running of projects in excess of £250K, from both public and private sectors
- 5+ years Project Management experience
- Ability to work across a variety of products and systems
- You will be customer-facing, customer-focused and able to generate good team-working relationships
- You will be highly organised, process-driven and possess excellent leadership skills
- 1st rate interpersonal skills essential because you will be working with our client teams
- You must be PRINCE2 Practitioner accredited
- You must be able to deliver PRINCE2 training
- Demonstrate excellent planning skills
- Possess consultancy experience
- Experience of Programmes advantageous
