PRINCE2 Method
PRINCE 2 focuses on products or deliverables. It guides projects through a controlled and well-managed set of visible activities to achieve the required results. Every PRINCE 2 project has a business case, the justification for setting up and continuing the project. It answers the question, "Why are we doing this?" Every PRINCE 2 project is governed by a baseline project plan which provides a statement of how and when a project's objectives are to be achieved by showing the major deliverables plus the resources and activities required for the project. The plan is reviewed regularly.
